1. The Coin Drill
The first putting drill on our list will help you learn to judge distance better. For this drill, you will need a coin and a putter. Place the coin about four feet away from the hole. Then, take your putter and try to hit the coin without moving it. If you are successful, then move the coin back another four feet and repeat the process. Continue doing this until you miss the coin or until you reach the hole.

2. The Overlap Drill
The second putting drill on our list is the overlap drill. This drill is designed to help you create a smooth and consistent stroke. For this drill, you will need two golf balls and a putter. Place the first golf ball about three feet away from the hole. Then, take your putter and overlap your hands on the grip. From here, stroke the ball towards the hole making sure that your hands stay overlapped the entire time. When you reach the hole, reset and repeat the process with the second ball.

3. The Mirror Drill – Improve Your Aim
The third putting drill is the mirror drill. This drill is designed to help you improve your aim. For this drill, you will need a mirror and a putter. Place the mirror on the ground so that it is perpendicular to the hole. Then, take your putter and set up to the ball as if you were going to make a putt. From here, look down at the reflection of the hole in the mirror and aim for that. When you are ready, take your shot.
By doing this drill, you will be able to improve your aim and make more putts. It will highlight where your eyes are in relation to the ball and the line to the hole.

4. The Four-Foot Circle Drill
Our fourth drill is the four foot circle drill. This drill is designed to help you stay within your putting stroke. For this drill, you will need four objects that are about the same height (tees, coins, balls, etc.) or you can use the hole if you are on the practice green and a putter. Place the objects in a circle that is about four feet in diameter. Then, take your putter and set up to the ball. From here, take your stroke and try to hit the ball without knocking any of the objects over. If you are successful, then reset and repeat the process.

5. Eight Ball Drill – Improve Your Pressure Putting
The last drill on our list is the eight ball drill. This drill is designed to help you make putts under pressure. For this drill, you will need eight golf balls and a putter. Place all of the golf balls about three feet away from the hole. Then, take your putter and try to make all of the putts in a row. If you miss one, then start over from the beginning.
