  1. Great video. I have a question. In doing this drill by just moving your arms to that somewhat closed position, how does that not get the club inside your hands at the top? I thought the club has to move as the shoulders & hips move, or is this just a drill and not what your regular swing would be?

    1. Thanks. It’s just for the drill but the club doesn’t have to go inside. Keep your trail arm straighter if it’s sucking in too much. Play well! Quentin | TSG Instructor

    2. @Top Speed Golf – Clay Ballard ok thx. What has been killing my game is that I flip the club as soon as I start to take it back. Any drills for the one piece takeaway?

  2. One more question….how can I stop getting the club outside my hands in the bacckswing? I dont do it on a practice swing with no ball there. When a golf ball is there I revert back to what I used to. I hate it and I have spent thousands of hours trying to not do it, and I’m almost to the point I would rather not play. I need some help

    1. Hi Jason, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I would think about how changing it would improve your impact. If it does then I would just go slow and exaggerate as much as possible then build up the speed. Play well! Quentin | TSG Instructor

  3. This channel has been with me for years.
But I have realised on thing.
It teaches “basic” skills to professionals.
    The language
The the methodology implies a full
    Grasp of advanced golf.
Basically teaching ABC to toddlers in Official Roman Latin.

It is kinda nice. But does it work?

    1. Thanks for the feedback. We try to simplify as much as possible but it can be complicated. Play well! Quentin | TSG Instructor

  4. Is it crucial to Grip and then lean or can you lean the club and then brip (say you’re lining up the V’s over your shoulder or seeing how many knuckles are showing on your left hand). I go back and forth, sometimes without thinking about it. Grip is probably my biggest variable. My swing is pretty solid.

  5. Can’t wait to try this out. Started playing golf last year shooting over 100 consistently. Started watching your videos this summer. Have shot under 80 twice already!
    Thank you Clay!

  6. Thank Clay another great golf has really come together after all yout training.
